Day 1: Arrival in Kigali international airport.
Arriving in Kigali international airport, you will be picked up by a guide and drive you to the respective hotel and then you check in. There will not be any activity to carry out.
Day 2: Nyungwe National park & canopy walk.
Early morning after breakfast we shall drive to the southern part of Rwanda where Nyungwe National park is located. It’s approximately 5 to 6 hours’ drive. On our way we shall have several stopovers to take photos and see the spectacular landscape. Proceeding to the park, we register for canopy walkway in the later afternoon we do canopy walk. Then after we head to the hotel for overnight.
Day 3: Chimpanzee trekking in Nyungwe National park.
Early in the morning after breakfast we shall head to the park to be briefed about the Chimps trekking and lead to cyamudongo forest in the habitats of this chimps. This trekking is full day activity that will need us to carry out lunch box later afternoon go back at the hotel for overnight.
Day 4: Check out of hotel & visit toe ethnographic museum
The Ethnographic Museum, formerly the National Museum of Rwanda, is the national museum of Rwanda. It is located in Butare. It was built with help of the Belgian government. It first opened in 1989 and it is a good source of information on the cultural history of the country and the region. After breakfast we shall check out the hotel and visit the ethnographic museum and after proceed to Kigali and overnight.
Day 5: Kigali city Tour and afternoon flight.
The Kigali Genocide Memorial commemorates the 1994 Rwandan genocide. The remains of over 250,000 people are interred there. There is a visitor center for students and those wishing to understand the events leading up to the events of 1994.
In the morning we shall have breakfast and visit the green Kigali city for 4 hours including Kigali genocide memorial site. And the local market and later have lunch and wait for an evening flight.
